Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Hospitality Ambassador in South San Francisco, CA to deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience for employees, visitors, and partners. You will support secure campus access in partnership with Security, manage front desk and lobby operations, and coordinate visitor check-in, badge assignment, and host notifications.

Role requires 3–4+ years in corporate hospitality or related fields, a valid CA driver’s license, and onsite presence five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–4+ years of corporate hospitality or similar experience.
• Front desk, lobby operations and visitor management experience.
• Knowledge of secure access protocols and confidential information handling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Ability to work fully onsite, 5 days per week in South San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and partners.

Job Description

Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and partners in a high-visibility corporate campus. Deliver a high-touch, white-glove hospitality experience while supporting secure campus access in partnership with Security. Responsibilities include front desk and lobby operations, visitor check-in, badge assignment, host notifications, vendor deliveries, VIP interactions, phone inquiries, parking and transportation programs, lobby amenities, and gnExpress delivery support. Maintain lobby supplies, support multiple lobbies as needed, and assist with operational projects and process improvements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.

Required Skills
