Job summary

Exos is seeking a Performance Coach to join our corporate wellness center team. You will lead group exercise classes, perform fitness assessments, and create personalized plans to help clients reach goals at a fast-paced fitness facility.

You will provide one-on-one coaching, monitor safety, and support health-promotion initiatives while contributing to day-to-day operations and engaging clients in a motivating environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in exercise science or related field is required.
• Current CPT certification from NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE is required.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor exercise participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes for various fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and prescribe personalized exercise plans.
• Offer one-on-one consultations and motivation to help clients succeed.
• Assist with incentive programs and health promotion initiatives.
• Manage administrative tasks related to fitness facility operations.
• Support additional duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
