Job summary

TD Bank, N.A. in Mount Laurel, New Jersey seeks a Corporate Trust Support Associate to assist with day-to-day account monitoring and transaction processing, ensuring timely cash and trade processing and compliance.

You will serve as central point of contact, research issues, and help prepare client information for filing, while delivering high-quality service to protect the bank and grow the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience strongly preferred.
• 1+ years of Corporate Trust experience.
• Understanding of Bond Trustee, Escrow and/or Custody products and services.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivator and creative thinker.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Monitors wires, ACHs and checks and deposits funds to the appropriate accounts.
• Prepares Debt Service Invoicing and processing receipt of funds.
• Monitors ticklers and requests for compliance items and follows up.
• Reviews and validates funds disbursement requests for submission.
• Assists with Periodic Account Reviews.
• Aged Fee Receivable Monitoring and follow up.
• Responds quickly to client inquiries – researching and resolving issues.
• Researches and resolves any trade related issues.
• Assembles client information packets for filing and uploads to FileNet.
