Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking a motivated Corporate Trust Associate in Mount Laurel, NJ to assist with day-to-day account monitoring and transaction processing. You will serve as the central contact for cash and trade processing, ensuring timely handling and compliance adherence.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 1+ year of Corporate Trust experience, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1+ years of Corporate Trust experience.
• Understanding of Bond Trustee, Escrow and/or Custody products/services.

Responsibilities

• Assist Corporate Trust Account Managers with daily account monitoring and transaction processing.
• Monitor wires, ACHs, checks; deposit funds accordingly.
• Prepare Debt Service Invoicing and process funds receipts.
• Review and validate funds disbursement requests for submissions.
• Support periodic account reviews and client inquiries with timely resolution.
