Job summary

U.S. Bank in Saint Paul, MN, seeks an Operations Manager for the Transfers and Bond of Indemnity team within Global Corporate Trust Paying & Transfer Agent Operations. You will lead a team across St.

Paul and Cincinnati, coordinate transfers, and ensure timely, accurate processing while collaborating with internal teams and external parties. The role requires leadership, regulatory awareness, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five or more years of relevant operations experience.
• Experience in corporate trust, transfer agent operations, or another regulated financial-services environment.
• Knowledge of transfer documentation and governing agreements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop specialists and team leads.
• Balance workloads and monitor volumes.
• Oversee physical and electronic transfers and bond of indemnity requests.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness per procedures and SLAs.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to resolve issues.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and business continuity.
• Administer policies and compliance.
• Participate in process improvement reviews.
• Manage training and staffing decisions.
