U.S. Bank is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Transfers and Bond of Indemnity team within Global Corporate Trust Paying & Transfer Agent Operations. The role manages eight specialists across St.

Paul, MN and Cincinnati, OH, coordinating daily work and ensuring accurate, timely processing of transfers and indemnity activities. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations, strong people leadership, and deep knowledge of securities transfers and regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant operations experience.
• Experience in corporate trust, transfer agent operations or securities processing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop specialists and team leads daily.
• Oversee physical and electronic transfers and bond of indemnity requests.
• Ensure work is completed accurately and on time per procedures and SLAs.
• Coordinate with partners to resolve transfer, lost-security, and client issues.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and business continuity activities.
