Job summary

U.S. Bank is hiring for multiple teams within Paying & Transfer Agent Operations, including Transfers and Closings.

The role focuses on processing and reviewing bond, securities, transfer, and account-related transactions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements. The specialist works with internal partners and customers to resolve issues, support client requests, identify process improvements, and contribute to risk management and business

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in transaction processing.
• Experience in financial services, banking, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to follow structured procedures and manage high-volume workloads.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day transaction processing and provide operational support.
• Review transactions for accuracy, compliance, and quality.
• Research and resolve transaction, account, and system issues.
• Provide service and support to internal and external customers.
• Monitor workloads and meet deadlines and service levels.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support processing and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and controls.
• Support audit, regulatory, risk management, and business continuity activities.
• Participate in special projects, testing, and departmental initiatives.
