UMB Bank is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee Corporate Trust Transfer Agency processing across multiple units while guiding Team Managers to ensure timely, high-quality service and strong controls that mitigate risk and support regulatory compliance.

You will mentor associates and partners, stay current with industry advances, and develop strategic plans to sustain internal growth across our transfer agency operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing a Trust operations or securities processing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple securities processing units, directing work and overseeing controls.
• Ensure staff have tools, information, and training to perform duties.
• Develop objectives and development plans for associates and team managers.
