You will review contracts, perform redlining and negotiation exercises, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis. Collaborate with product and research teams on legal AI workflows in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

J.D. required; active bar admission in at least one U.S.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 2+ years of experience in the M&A department of a corporate law firm.
• Familiarity with standard M&A agreements, including SPAs and APAs.
