Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an experienced Corporate Transactions Attorney to support a remote legal AI training project. You will review contracts, perform redlining and negotiations, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analyses.

Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing SPAs/APAs, evaluating AI outputs, and developing evaluation criteria in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with product and research teams.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school is required.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum 2+ years in the M&A department of a corporate law firm.
• Familiar with SPAs and APAs used in M&A.
