Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Corporate Transactions Attorney to support a legal AI training project. The contractor will review contracts, perform redlining, and negotiate simulated scenarios to help improve AI-driven analyses.

You will work with product and research teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, applying M&A expertise to SPAs and APAs and providing actionable feedback to enhance AI outputs.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 2+ years of M&A experience in corporate law.
• Familiar with SPAs and APAs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable AI feedback.
