You will review contracts, draft and redline agreements, and participate in simulated negotiations to provide expert feedback for improving AI-driven legal analysis. The role requires 2+ years in a corporate M&A department, J.D.

from an ABA-accredited school, and active U.S. bar status.

Qualifikationen
