Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Corporate Transactions Attorney to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. The role focuses on M&A contracts, redlining, and providing expert feedback to improve AI outputs.

Candidates will review agreements, draft and negotiate SPAs/APAs, and collaborate with product and research teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 2+ years of experience in the M&A department of a corporate law firm.
• Familiarity with standard M&A agreements, including SPAs and APAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
