Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a well-regarded regional law firm in Pennsylvania or South Jersey in its search for a Corporate Senior Associate/Counsel to join the growing corporate group.

This attorney will handle sophisticated mid-market deals, including M&A and financings, draft core deal documents, and advise clients while working closely with partners across offices and practice groups, with a realistic path to partnership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate transactional law experience including M&A and financing.
• Drafting core deal documents and interfacing directly with clients.
• Capacity to work independently and balance multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously.
• PA and/or NJ bar preferred; active license considered.

LHH is assisting our client, a highly respected regional law firm, in their search for a Corporate Senior Associate/Counsel to join its growing corporate group in Pennsylvania or South Jersey. This is a priority hire driven by continued expansion. The role offers an opportunity to work within a collaborative team handling a range of sophisticated mid-market corporate transactions for a diverse client base.

This attorney will support a broad base transactional practice including M&A, financings, contract drafting, and general corporate counseling. They will work closely with the group's corporate partners, as well as colleagues across multiple offices and practice groups, including tax, trusts & estates, and IP. The role offers significant responsibility to run complex transactional matters, to work independently, and a realistic path to partnership. This firm is known for its collegial culture, strong mentorship, and commitment to attorneys' professional growth.

Candidate Requirements:

• 8+ years' corporate transactional law experience, including M&A, financing, and corporate governance; securities work highly valued
• Proficiency in drafting core deal documents and interfacing directly with clients
• Capacity to work independently and balance multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously
• PA and/or NJ bar preferred, but any active law license will be considered (and relocation available)
• JD from an accredited law school
• Resume and deal sheet required
