LHH is assisting a highly respected regional law firm in Pennsylvania or South Jersey in its search for a Senior Corporate Associate or Counsel to join its growing corporate practice.

This attorney will support a broad base transactional practice, including M&A, financings, contract drafting, and general corporate counseling. They will work closely with partners across multiple offices and practice groups, with a clear path toward partnership and meaningful client contact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate transactional law experience including M&A, financing, and governance.
• Proficiency in drafting core deal documents and interfacing with clients.
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple matters and deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

• 8+ years’ corporate transactional law experience, including M&A, financing, and corporate governance; securities work highly valued
• Proficiency in drafting core deal documents and interfacing directly with clients
• Capacity to work independently and balance multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously
• PA and/or NJ bar preferred, but any active law license will be considered
• JD from an accredited law school
