Qualifications

• 1+ years of strong corporate transactional experience, including exposure to mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters.
• Ideal candidates will have experience supporting buy-side and/or sell-side transactions, including conducting due diligence, drafting ancillary transaction and closing documents, and assisting with transaction closings.
• Experience with entity formation, corporate governance, commercial agreements, private equity, venture capital or debt/equity financings is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are working directly with a highly respected regional firm seeking a Junior Corporate Associate Attorney to join their dynamic practice in their Philadelphia Office.

• Billables only 1900
• Extremely flexible hybrid schedule

Who They're Looking For:

• 1+ years of strong corporate transactional experience, including exposure to mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters. • JD & active license in PA (additional state bars is a plus)
