Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Seeking an experienced Corporate Transactional Attorney to join the office. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience and a sizeable portable book of business. We welcome applicants at the Associate, Senior Counsel, or Partner level, depending on qualifications, experience, and fit with our firm's needs.

Key Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Missouri (Illinois license a plus)
Minimum 7 years of corporate transactional experience
Portable book of business required
Strong business development skills and client relationships
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities

Compensation & Benefits

Origination: 15% origination fee on all clients brought to the firm
Hybrid schedule (4 days in office / 1 day remote)
