Orion Placement in St. Louis, MO is seeking a licensed attorney to handle commercial litigation, business, banking, and real estate matters on-site. This full-time role offers a base salary of $80,000 to $130,000 with bonus opportunities and a collaborative team of accomplished attorneys.

The position requires an active Missouri Bar license, and Illinois Bar admission is strongly preferred. Candidates must be able to start by November 19, 2026 and work on-site in Brentwood.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Missouri Bar license in good standing.
• Illinois Bar admission strongly preferred.
• Experience in commercial litigation, business law, banking, or real estate is a plus.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial litigation, banking, financial, and real estate matters.
• Draft and review contracts, pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Manage legal matters from initial assessment through negotiation, settlement, or resolution.
• Appear in court, participate in hearings, and assist with litigation and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and develop practical strategies that protect clients' interests.
• Negotiate agreements, settlements, and dispute resolutions.
• Work closely with colleagues and clients to deliver responsive, high-quality legal services.

Location
