Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Litigation Paralegal

Location: St. Louis, Hybrid

Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 (DoE)

A highly esteemed law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex personal injury cases and providing comprehensive support to attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively, efficiently identifying and addressing issues.
• Understanding of pre-litigation procedures and extensive knowledge of insurance policies.
• Skilled in medical evaluations, preparing demand letters, and negotiating liens.
• Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; familiarity with Litify software is advantageous.
• Effective communication skills, offering compassionate and professional client support.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or 2+ years' experience as Litigation Paralegal
• Ability to work overtime
