I am currently working with one of the leading AM LAW firms in St. Louis, who are actively looking to recruit an Associate to join their Trusts & Estates group.

Responsibilities

• Work with the lead Partners in the firm's St. Louis office.
• Handle a broad array of estate/wealth planning matters, including preparation of related documents, probate and trust administration, drafting premarital agreements, and the research and analysis of complex state law and federal tax law issues.
• Counsel families and individuals regarding the administration and disposition of their estates through basic and sophisticated lifetime, estate and charitable planning.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ideally have a min of 1 year(s) of Trusts & Estate experience.
• Strong writing and case management skills.
