• Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and other transactional documents.
• Advising businesses, investors, lenders on sophisticated transactions.
• Manage transactions, due diligence, and coordinate with clients and deal teams.

I work primarily with Am Law 50, 100, and 200 firms, but I also frequently partner with small and midsize firms, respected regional firms, and sophisticated boutiques across multiple markets.

Experience That May Be a Fit

• Corporate and business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, or general business matters.

• Commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and leasing.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase agreements, commercial contracts, financing documents, and other transactional agreements.

• Experience advising businesses, investors, lenders, or other clients on sophisticated transactions.

• Managing transactions, coordinating due diligence, and working collaboratively with clients and deal teams.
