Experience That May Be a Fit

• Civil litigation, including commercial disputes, business litigation, insurance defense, or general liability matters.
• Experience handling discovery, depositions, pleadings, and motion practice.
• Drafting and arguing substantive motions, including dispositive motions.
• Managing litigation matters from initial investigation through resolution.
• Experience with mediation, arbitration, hearings, or trial preparation.
