Responsibilities

• Advise clients on business formation, structuring, and governance matters

• Support mergers, acquisitions, and asset purchases, including due diligence and closing documents
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts across a variety of industries

• Take part in client meetings and work directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Work with attorneys across practice areas and take part in business development

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 and $150,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
