Job Description

This role will primarily focus on sophisticated mergers and acquisitions, private offerings, corporate governance matters, and commercial contract preparation and review. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of corporate and transactional experience, with a solid understanding of corporate and partnership taxation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily in the corporate practice group on mergers and acquisitions and private offerings.
• Advise on corporate governance matters and assist with commercial contract preparation and review.
• Handle business structure, reorganization, corporate finance, tax, and succession planning issues.
• Interact directly with clients and provide tailored legal solutions in complex corporate transactions.
• Work collaboratively with a dynamic team and engage in business development activities.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 4-7 years of corporate and transactional experience, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, private offerings, and corporate governance.
