Harrison Steel Castings Co. is seeking a Central Training Coordinator to design and conduct training activities for all employees. This role involves analyzing training needs and applying improvement initiatives to enhance overall performance while coordinating with Human Resources and production teams.
The ideal candidate will have a degree and manufacturing experience, along with familiarity with Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include developing training materials, ensuring regulatory compliance, and evaluating training effectiveness.
Central Training Coordinator for all HS Employees. Design and conduct training activities, analyze training needs, and apply improvement initiatives to enhance individual and organizational performance. Work with both Human Resources and Production to ensure adequate training.
