Job summary

St. Louis CITY SC in St. Louis, MO is seeking an Account Executive, Corporate Ticket Sales to drive revenue via group tickets, season tickets, and matchday hospitality for the corporate community.

You will prospect new business, build relationships with decision-makers, maintain Salesforce CRM, and deliver exceptional service while working evenings and weekends at home games. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year selling or customer service; base pay $15–$17/hr with commission and annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Must be able to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell all available single-match group options and hospitality.
• Renew, upsell, and expand existing corporate accounts.
• Build relationships with corporate decision-makers and serve as primary contact.
• Maintain records of sales activity in Salesforce CRM.
• Identify prospects via calls, emails and appointments.
• Attend outside events to sell and network.
• Collaborate with Ticket Sales and Service leadership and other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
