St. Louis CITY SC is seeking an Account Executive for Corporate Ticket Sales to drive revenue through group tickets, season tickets, and hospitality programs across the St. Louis region.

You will prospect new business, develop relationships with corporate decision-makers, and deliver outstanding service to clients and fans. This full‑time role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of sales or customer service experience, and willingness to work non‑traditional hours including home games.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including game nights and events.

Responsibilities

  • Sell group tickets, premium seats, events, and experiences.
  • Renew, upsell, and expand corporate accounts.
  • Build relationships with corporate decision-makers.
  • Maintain Salesforce records of activities.
  • Identify sales prospects via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Attend outside events to sell and network.
  • Collaborate with Ticket Sales and Service leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Account Executive, Corporate Ticket Sales is responsible for driving revenue through the sale of group ticket packages, season tickets, and matchday hospitality, with a strong focus on the corporate community across the St. Louis region. This role focuses on prospecting new business opportunities, developing relationships within the corporate community, and delivering exceptional service to clients and fans throughout the St. Louis region.

Job Responsibilities
  • Sell all available single-match group options, including but not limited to group tickets, premium seats, special events, stadium space rentals, and group matchday experiences
  • Renew, upsell, and expand existing corporate accounts by identifying additional opportunities across the club’s ticketing and hospitality offerings
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers, serving as a trusted business partner and primary point of contact
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, opportunities, and customer interactions within Salesforce CRM
  • Identify sales prospects by executing call campaigns, cold calling, emailing, and face-to-face appointments
  • Attend outside events with the purpose of selling, networking, and engaging the corporate community
  • Collaborate with the Ticket Sales and Service leadership team and other internal departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Candidate should possess professional demeanor and communication skills to effectively work with internal and external clients
  • Must be able to present sales presentations in a live setting with corporate decision-makers
  • Must have outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings. This includes all home games for CITY SC and CITY2 (or other work events) that fall on nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Salesforce CRM.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales or customer service experience

Employment Status: Full-time, Non - exempt

Pay Range: $15-17 per hour, plus opportunity for commission and an annual bonus.
