Qualifications

• CPA is required for this role.
• 5+ years of tax experience are necessary.
• Strong ASC 740 / income tax provision experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual income tax provisions (ASC 740).
• Support corporate tax compliance and financial reporting.
• Review tax calculations, reconciliations, and supporting workpapers.
• Manage and mentor two Senior Tax Accountants.
• Work closely with the Director of Tax on tax reporting, planning, and special projects.
