Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years in business analysis, data analytics, systems integration, or related technical role.
• Strong SQL and Snowflake query skills.
• Understanding of ETL, data modeling, batch scheduling, and event-based integration.
• Experience testing APIs with Postman or similar tools (REST/SOAP).
• Ability to parse JSON and XML data for integration analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical recommendations for new system integrations.
• Troubleshoot application functionality and middleware issues.
• Support users and troubleshoot business systems and middleware.
• Analyze, debug, and resolve integration failures across middleware.
• Advise business users on effective use of applications and IT.
• Write technical specs from business requirements and assist in system design.
• Perform integration and post-implementation testing of enterprise systems.
• Design, execute, and validate API tests using tools like Postman.
• Read, parse, and interpret JSON/XML data for troubleshooting.
• Write complex SQL and Snowflake queries for data extraction and validation.
• Understand ETL, batch scheduling, and event-based integration patterns.
• Collaborate with developers and PMs on applications like Salesforce, ServiceNow, ORMB, Oracle Cloud, ICE products.
• Analyze data and present clear insights to stakeholders.
• Create ad hoc reports and leverage AI where available.
• Support additional enterprise applications as needed.
