HealthVerity is seeking a Corporate Strategy Analyst to shape strategic decision‑making by delivering high‑quality analyses, market research, executive‑ready recommendations, and strategic implementation. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally with stakeholders across product, sales, data, and finance to evaluate external growth opportunities and identify strategic priorities to strengthen HealthVerity’s leadership in the healthcare data and product ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market, competitor, and financial analyses to support strategic projects and initiatives
- Evaluate new product and business model opportunities in support of long‑term growth
- Collaborate with product, commercial, and operations teams to analyze business performance and recommend improvements
- Build business cases (including ROI and scenario modeling) for new initiatives, including M&A, partnerships, and product investments
- Support strategic planning cycles, OKR setting, and board reporting
- Present data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations clearly and effectively to leadership
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and provide concise summaries to senior leadership
- Assist in the development of presentations for board meetings, investor communications, and offsite strategy sessions

Required skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, business operations or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to conduct strategic and financial analysis (e.g., Excel modeling, market sizing)
- Experience working cross‑functionally on strategic initiatives
- Excellent Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a plus
Desired skills and experience
- Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry (especially data, technology, or services)
- Exposure to or interest in M&A, partnerships, or corporate development
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and key metrics
- Understanding of HIPAA and data privacy considerations is a plus
Base salary for the role is commensurate with experience and can range between $90,000 - 120,000 + annual bonus opportunity.
Hiring locations
Our main office is located in Center City, Philadelphia, where we operate on a hybrid model with in‑office work required three days a week for local employees. We prioritize hiring in the Philadelphia area. We also hire from hub locations with remote work and periodic in‑person collaboration.
