Overview
As a Solutions Consultant, AI Enablement, you will design and deliver AI-enabled workflows and low/no-code tools on HealthVerity’s data warehouse. Your mission is to empower internal teams to streamline operations, accelerate real-world data (RWD) use cases, and scale adoption of enterprise AI tools across the organization. You will be the AI prompting and tool development authority for internal teams, ensuring accurate, relevant outputs that support a wide range of RWD workflows including clinical trial enablement, RWE generation, and patient journey analysis. You will partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams to create scalable internal solutions and provide structured feedback that informs product development. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape how AI is deployed across HealthVerity’s internal operations and RWD workflows. You’ll establish standards for prompt libraries, workflow automation, and team enablement, ensuring AI adoption is consistent, compliant, and impactful. Your work will serve as the foundation for how AI is scaled across the company.

- Cross-functional enablement: Translate RWD use cases into scalable, repeatable AI-enabled tools that can be used by non-technical teams.
- Voice of the internal customer: Capture and synthesize feedback from pre- and post-sale internal teams, relaying insights back to product and engineering.
- Training & adoption: Develop enablement materials, playbooks, and training programs that raise AI literacy across HealthVerity.
- Evaluate and benchmark tools: Stay current with emerging AI platforms, recommending and piloting tools that improve efficiency and scalability.
- Governance & compliance: Ensure all AI workflows align with privacy, security, and compliance standards.
