Role Description

The Corporate Services Specialist position is a full-time, on-site role based in Dover, DE. This role handles day-to-day processing of corporate and public record filings, research, and retrieval, including reviewing and submitting documents for entity formations, amendments, mergers, and secured transactions (UCC). The specialist responds to client inquiries, provides status updates, and delivers clear guidance on filing requirements and compliance timelines. Daily responsibilities include researching public records, maintaining accurate data in internal systems, and coordinating with government agencies and other stakeholders. The role also involves monitoring deadlines, ensuring document accuracy, and supporting continuous improvement of internal procedures and client service standards.


Qualifications


  • Prior experience in corporate services, legal support, or public records processing is preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills to review documents, identify discrepancies, and interpret regulatory and compliance requirements.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients, colleagues, and external agencies in a clear and professional manner.
