Job summary

Serval, an AI-native automation platform, seeks a Corporate Security Lead to build and scale the foundations of how we secure our workforce, devices, and the SaaS systems the company runs on. You will set strategy and drive execution for endpoint security across our fleet, device trust, SaaS security posture, workforce identity, and corporate network access.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with enterprise focus.
• Experience securing Mac-native fleets, MDM, hardening and endpoint protection.
• Built or operated device trust, binary authorization, and SaaS posture programs.
• Strong workforce identity skills: SSO, phishing-resistant MFA, lifecycle automation.
• Experience with zero-trust/network access policies and ACLs.

Responsibilities

• Own endpoint security for the fleet, enforcing baselines, EDR, full-disk encryption, patch posture, and device management at scale.
• Stand up a device trust program to ensure only healthy, managed devices access resources.
• Implement allowlisting and execution policy to prevent untrusted software from running.
• Build a SaaS Security Posture Management program across the SaaS estate, focusing on OAuth governance.
• Own workforce identity and access, including SSO and MFA, with least-privilege enforcement.
• Lead corporate network security, including certificate-based access controls and zero-trust policies.
• Mentor a security team spanning endpoint, SaaS security, and identity.
• Embed security by default across IT, Engineering, and People teams.
