Hudson Automotive Group on Daniel Island, SC is seeking a Corporate Recruiting Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for the corporate office. Youll source, screen, and interview exempt and non-exempt talent, partnering with leadership to build strategic talent plans, and sharpening executive-search skills with the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting dashboard and open requisitions in the ATS; spot bottlenecks and fix them.
• Champion Hudson's culture and candidate experience throughout the process.

If you have 2–3 years of full-lifecycle recruiting under your belt and you're ready to level up into executive search, this is your next move.You'll own full-cycle recruiting (planning, sourcing, screening, and selecting exempt and non-exempt talent) while partnering closely with leadership and hiring managers to build strategic talent acquisition plans.
