Enterprise Peak, a fast-growing contract engineering staffing firm focused on aerospace, science, and emerging technologies, is seeking an experienced recruiter to connect top candidates with opportunities across our internal teams. This role would be ideal for someone with 3-8 years of recruiting or staffing experience. We are looking for sharp individuals who are tech-savvy, collaborative, and eager to build up our internal teams. EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills are required for this role.

Compensation Package:

• Benefits: 4 weeks of time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), commuter benefits, monthly phone stipend
• OTE: $60,000 - $100,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and conduct interviews for candidates while managing the recruiting process and strategy for a variety of internal roles.
• Create, revise, and manage internal job postings while processing all applications for them
• Support general HR activities, including: offer letters, background checks, benefit administration, and other general HR activities.
