Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for corporate and operational positions, partnering with hiring managers and executives across the organization. This role emphasizes relationship-building and delivering a thoughtful recruiting experience.

You will manage multiple searches, ensuring timely progress and a strong candidate experience while serving as a trusted resource to candidates and leaders across multi-state teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience independently managing high-volume requisitions.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders across multi-state organizations.
• Strong sourcing skills beyond incoming applicants.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruiting for assigned corporate positions, partnering with hiring managers from kickoff through hire.
• Partner with executive leaders to understand business needs, position requirements, team structure, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Manage approximately 30 active requisitions at a time across departments.
• Lead recruiting kickoff meetings to establish qualifications, screening criteria, and sourcing strategy.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles and engage passive talent through multiple channels.
• Conduct recruiter screens and evaluate candidates against requirements.
