Job summary

BTI is seeking an entry-level Corporate Recruiter in Bellevue to support full-cycle recruitment for client staffing needs. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who learn quickly, communicate well, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will support sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding activities, recruiting operations, and market research while collaborating with leadership, hiring managers, and clients.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales support, HR coordination, or related fields.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the day.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email platforms, internet research, and basic business software.
  • Ability to learn new systems, recruiting tools, and operational processes quickly.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing as a collaborative team member.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, internal databases, and direct outreach.
  • Review resumes and identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate qualifications, communication skills, availability, and compensation expectations.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
  • Maintain positive candidate relationships and deliver a professional candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Post job openings on internal and external recruiting platforms.
  • Draft and update job descriptions, recruiting materials, and candidate outreach messaging.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in ATS platforms and internal recruiting trackers.
  • Track and maintain recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, submittals, interviews, offers, placements, and time-to-fill.
  • Assist with market research related to compensation trends, candidate availability, hiring demand, and competitor activity.
  • Analyze recruiting data and provide insights regarding sourcing effectiveness, candidate response trends, and hiring challenges.
  • Support leadership with recruiting reports, workforce trends, staffing analytics, and recruiting-related research projects.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives through operational feedback and data analysis.
  • Support recruitment events, job fairs, networking activities, and campus recruiting efforts.
  • Assist with onboarding and pre-employment processes including background checks, drug screenings, offer letters, employment documentation, and new hire reporting.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting operations for client staffing needs. This role is ideal for an entry-level or early-career professional who learns quickly, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Corporate Recruiter will support sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, onboarding activities, recruiting operations, and market research initiatives while working closely with leadership, hiring managers, and clients.

This position offers strong growth potential for individuals interested in recruiting, staffing, HR operations, talent acquisition, and workforce analytics.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Recruiting & Candidate Management
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, internal databases, and direct outreach

  • Experience using Excel, Google Sheets, ATS reporting tools, or data tracking systems is a plus

Pay Range: $23/hr ~$26/hr
