Job summary

Vaco in Winston-Salem, NC seeks an experienced Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for salaried and hourly roles, with a focus on manufacturing. The role partners with hiring managers to understand needs and build effective talent pipelines.

You will proactively source, screen, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and support pre-employment processes while developing relationships with colleges and community organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition / Corporate Recruiting experience.
• Manufacturing recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting a mix of salaried and hourly positions.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven experience proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms to identify talent.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and manage expectations throughout the recruiting process.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
