Job description

Midwest Vision Partners is looking for a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist to hit the ground running in full-cycle recruitment and play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across our corporate functions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with senior leaders on their hiring needs.


This will be a remote job. However we are looking for an individual local to Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, or Illinois.


WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:
  1. Fill critical business positions with high performers in a timely fashion.
  2. Recruit active and passive candidates for our corporate (non-clinic/ASC) teams, filling positions across the business in departments such as Sales and Marketing, Finance and Accounting, IT and Procurement, People/HR, and more.
  3. Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating offers, and initial onboarding.
  4. Partner with hiring managers to understand the business, their talent needs and what it takes to be successful in each position, and tailor your recruiting strategy based on the function.
  5. Ensure a seamless and positive recruitment process for candidates regardless of the hiring outcome by providing prompt feedback and being timely through the process.
  6. Support Midwest Vision's employment brand by being a brand ambassador, both online and offline.
  7. Identify and recommend recruiting strategies and ideas to support our business.
  8. Support the tracking and analysis of recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and improve time-to-fill of corporate roles.
  9. Leverage various sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
  10. Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies and other organizations to find talent and stay current with market conditions.

  2. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  3. Strong attention to detail.
  4. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  5. Proven track record of identifying passive candidates using creative recruiting strategies, filling positions efficiently while maintaining high-quality hires.
  6. Strong negotiation and written/verbal communication skills.

WHAT YOU KNOW:
  1. 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in corporate recruitment and/or staffing/search firm environments.
  2. Strong ability to source and evaluate candidates across multiple functions and seniority levels.
  3. Proven track record of filling positions.
