Well is seeking a Lead Recruiter in Chapel Hill to own full-lifecycle recruitment across technical, operational, and business roles. You’ll drive outbound sourcing, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews, partnering with hiring managers to ensure fast, high-quality hires aligned with our mission and culture.

Reporting to: Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development
Location: 501 W Franklin St, Chapel Hill, NC (In Office)
Compensation: $80,000-$100,000, depending on experience, plus 10% bonus target and benefits
Position Summary:
The Lead Recruiter is the engine of execution for our talent acquisition function. Reporting directly to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Development (TA&D), this role owns the full-lifecycle recruiting mechanics—from candidate outreach and high-volume resume screens to scheduling, and interviewing across technical, operational, and business functions.
