The Pond Guy is seeking a Corporate Recruiter who enjoys solving hiring challenges, building strong relationships, and helping leaders build high‑performing teams across a growing business. In this role, you will lead full‑cycle recruiting across the organization’s 14 unique departments while partnering directly with hiring managers to strengthen talent decisions and improve recruiting effectiveness. You will work directly with department leaders and Talent Acquisition team members to define hiring strategies, evaluate candidates, and drive successful hiring decisions.

This position requires manual dexterity for typing, sitting at a desk, and looking at a computer screen for typing for long periods of time. In addition, portions of the training require the Corporate Recruiter to shadow other departments that may require physical activity including lifting 25-35 pounds and standing for long periods of time.
Success in this role means becoming a trusted recruiting partner while consistently delivering high‑quality talent, building proactive pipelines, and improving recruiting effectiveness across the organization. Strong performance includes building proactive talent pipelines, influencing hiring decisions, maintaining momentum on difficult searches, and continuously improving recruiting strategies, processes, and candidate experiences.
This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum onsite presence of three days per week, with additional onsite attendance as needed to support interviews, recruiting initiatives, hiring manager collaboration, team meetings, and other business priorities.
Success in this role requires strong communication, responsiveness, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain momentum throughout the hiring process. You must be available to work between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday–Friday, with occasional evening or Saturday availability required for interviews, networking events, or other business-related recruiting activities conducted outside normal business hours.
