Job summary

Innovative Driven, a Cleveland-based full-service law firm client, seeks an attorney with at least two years of corporate/business law experience to join a collaborative team.

The role blends complex transactional work with commercial real estate, offering onsite start with generous hybrid/remote flexibility once up to speed, and reasonable billable hour expectations. Ohio admission is required.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to practice law in Ohio.
• At least 2 years of corporate/business law experience from within a law firm.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and edit business contracts and agreements.
• Manage client files and corporate records, including organizational documents, resolutions, and minutes.
• Facilitate data rooms for transactional and M&A matters.
• Prepare and record deeds for commercial property transactions.
• Create and maintain lease abstracts.
• Complete annual report filings with various states, ensuring ongoing compliance requirements.
• Conduct due diligence for transactional and commercial real estate deals.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys.
