Qualifications

• 3-5 years of corporate and/or commercial real estate experience required.
• Experience with business transactions, M&A, entity formation, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.
• Experience with commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, or financing.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client-service skills.
• Ability to independently manage matters while collaborating with partners and clients.
• Licensed and in good standing with the applicable state bar.

Responsibilities

• Handle corporate and commercial real estate transactions for clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and related documents.
• Coordinate with partners and clients to ensure timely execution of matters.
• Provide clear legal advice and client communication throughout matter lifecycle.
• Balance quality work with efficient, client-focused service.
