Poplar & Mason, LLC in Sheffield Village, Ohio seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to manage their own caseload in a hybrid-remote role, focusing on business and tort litigation for automotive industry clients.

The successful candidate will hit the ground running, demonstrate substantial litigation experience, and take ownership with minimal oversight while building lasting client and firm relationships. This is a chance to grow into leadership within the firm over time.

Qualifications

• Substantive litigation experience and the demonstrated ability to independently manage a caseload from intake through resolution.
• This is not an entry-level position; we are seeking a self-sufficient attorney who is ready to take ownership of client matters with minimal oversight
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage competing deadlines and a full, varied caseload
• Comfort conducting legal research under Ohio law, federal law, and the laws of other states as matters require
• Genuine interest in representing automotive dealers
