Job summary

Fenwick & West is seeking a Corporate Practice Manager to support associates in the Corporate group, coordinating workflow and career development across the firm’s practice. You will partner with partners to design programs, monitor utilization, and enhance professional growth in a collaborative, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted resource to associates and manage workflow and time management.
• Manage junior associates through Fenwick First program and integration.
• Oversee work allocation and staffing in the free market workflow system.
• Analyze group needs, gather data, and support recruiting efforts.
• Lead orientation and integration for new and lateral associates.
• Foster associate engagement, morale, and in-office collaboration.
• Plan and conduct formal training with Practice Group and related teams.
• Support associate development and evaluation processes.
• Collaborate on AI initiatives for efficiency and training.
• Assist leadership in strategic decisions for the Corporate Practice Group.
• Support ongoing initiatives and projects for the Practice Management team.
