You will help implement group initiatives, foster retention, and collaborate with Practice Directors and Legal Training teams to advance efficiency and professional growth.

The role requires strong collaboration, discretion, and the ability to manage staffing and training across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing professional staff in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to implement practice management initiatives and improve workflows.
• Strong collaboration with partners and legal training teams.

Responsibilities

• Support associates in the Corporate group with workflow and career development.
• Coordinate staffing and utilization across the free market workflow system.
• Plan and conduct training programs for attorneys within the Corporate Practice Group.
• Engage in associate retention activities and morale initiatives.
• Support evaluation and development processes with Knowledge Management and Legal Personnel teams.
• Assist with AI initiative testing, rollout, and adoption within the group.
• Collaborate with Practice Group Directors and Practice Support Lawyers on strategic decisions.
