Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted resource to associates, manage workflow and time management.
• Oversee junior associates through onboarding and integration programs.
• Support staffing and utilization within the firm’s workflow system.
• Evaluate practice group needs and identify gaps, support recruitment.
• Manage orientation and integration for lateral and junior associates.
• Lead associate engagement and morale initiatives to foster in-office collaboration.
• Coordinate training programs with partners, lawyers and training teams.
• Assist with evaluation and development processes for associates.
• Support testing and rollout of key tools including AI resources.
• Collaborate on AI initiatives and educate on responsible use within the group.
