About the job Corporate Planning Manager - Japanese Bilingual

Corporate Planning Manager supports the Treasurer's duties such as financial reporting and tax filing, and manages the Corporate Planning division and Administrating division. The Corporate Planning Manager needs to have an understanding of accounting standards, regulatory standards, and general business.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare corporate tax returns and communicate with external USCPA.
  2. File monthly, quarterly, and annual state tax filings and make estimated tax payments (calculation will be provided by external USCPA).
  3. Prepare consolidated financial reports every quarter and communicate them to the parent company in Japan.
  4. File Annual Reports to states.
  5. Communicate with banks to open, close, and manage bank accounts.
  6. Finance the company's funds to maximize profit.
  7. Manage accounting ERP system implementation.
  8. Consult on all division's accounting concerns and questions.
  9. Control budget.
  10. Assist the Accounting division if necessary.
  11. Support the IT division.

Requirements:

  1. Basic knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory standards, and general business.
  2. Managerial experience.
  3. Strong communication skills.
  4. Bilingual in Japanese and English.
  5. Bachelor's degree or higher in any business major.
