Sinai Chicago is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Associate to grow its corporate partnerships program, manage a donor portfolio, and lead sponsorship efforts for the annual Sinai Chicago Golf Outing. The role focuses on cultivating in-kind gifts, matching gifts, and broader corporate engagement while coordinating with clinical, marketing, and leadership teams for effective stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of fundraising experience with corporate donors.
• Experience using a donor database/CRM to track relationships.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse partners.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management and pipeline growth through cultivation and stewardship.
• Lead event sponsorships for the Sinai Chicago Golf Outing and other fundraising events.
• Develop corporate engagement opportunities including in-kind donations and matching gifts.
• Maintain accurate donor records and coordinate with internal teams for donor experiences.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and collaborate with department staff.
