Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS is seeking a Corporate & Special Events Specialist in New York City to enhance donor and corporate partner experiences at receptions, coordinating key logistics with the Development and Production teams.

This hybrid role requires 3–5 years in special events or nonprofit fundraising, strong vendor management and budget skills, and the ability to engage sponsors in bespoke activations.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in special events, fundraising events, production, hospitality, nonprofit development or related fields.
• Experience in donor relations and hospitality is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events and vendors simultaneously.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing budgets for events.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
